As DNL Enterprises provides service-based textile finishing, our return and refund guidelines apply as follows:

Returns & Refund Policy

At DNL ENTERPRISES, we are committed to delivering high-quality textile products and services. Due to the nature of textile manufacturing and customized production, our returns and refunds policy is outlined below.

1. Returns Policy

As most of our products involve manufacturing and finishing processes based on specific requirements, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery

  • The product remains unused and in original condition

To initiate a return request, customers must contact us with:

  • Order details

  • Clear images or videos showing the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order textile products

  • Used or processed fabrics

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  • Product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect

  • Return request is approved after inspection

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before production or dispatch begins

  • Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted

5. Shipping & Return Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost

  • In other eligible cases, shipping costs may be borne by the customer
